Your youth guidance has taken the company in new directions making it the leading competitor to DynTech. What are your secrets?" She redirects to him with ease and practiced tones.
"Well," he clears his throat as if to take a second on how to approach the topic, "I would have to say the first part was like dieting, and I hate to use the phrase 'cutting the fat', but it does apply. "As to be expected, and I will be frank here. When people get gluttonous on what they know, they also get filled with a sensation of sloth born of fear. They become idle and unwilling to step outside of what they know, and this becomes an easier decision as money keeps lining their pockets. When I came in I gave these company heads, the share holders as you called them, a chance to be on board or to take a pay out so as to release us of their presence." he offered with a little more zeal then one would expect for some one trying to keep a corporate image.
"Oh, well that is very candid." the hostess mocks a waving motion at her face like she was blustered at his retort. "What about the factory employees? Many people always fear that big companies changing like yours did will cause for many to be let go."
"I won't lie to you, we did have to make some hard decisions on who we kept, but if you look at our numbers compared to companies in the past we were able to keep a standing sixty-five percent of our original work force. We did this by promoting with in and shifting up the previous employees. While the facilities were being torn down and rebuilt we offered early retirement packages to those we would not be having make this transition with us. Those that stayed on took night classes, extra training, and became the first wave of employees in the new facilities. After a few months we had them shift to team leads and manger positions so as to make way for new hires they personally over saw and trained." he gave pause to take another sip of water.
"And that sir is why we applaud you. Your hiring methods were so true to the loyalty of the local community that we should thank you." again with the soundless golf like clap.
"No praise is necessary, and I feel I was just doing what any true American born company should do. It is easier, and cheaper to hire people from across seas and to out source work loads. Right here though, in San Diego county, people struggle and fight each day to find a job. We at Ambrosia's Reach are making a new trend. Starting at the end of next month we will be opening seven new facilities around the San Diego County, staffed by you San Diego." He smiled and looked to the camera as if to make a connection with the viewers. "These departments will be Ares Arms and Armaments, helping make a safer America. From our local Police forces to the men and women serving across seas. "Apollo Labs will be opening up in the La Jolla area, and will be working hand in hand with the Medical board of San Diego to help find what you need most. San Diego is the cutting edge of cybernetic and prosthetic development, and Ambrosia's Reach does not plan to leave America in need of such helpful advancements."

A branch that specializes in beauty products for every occasion as well as sexual aids. Aphrodite's Boon also funds many marital resources for therapy and aid in keeping relationships healthy and happy for both partners.
Apollo Labs:
Specializing in medical research, it has made headway in areas originally believed to be impossible. Their aid a few years back is what stopped the major Ebola outbreak in America. Never heard of it, well you can thank Ambrosia Reach as to why.
Hephaestus' Forge:
Believed to be were all the think tank and design comes from, but in truth every branch has a connection to these facilities. They are the cutting edge of concepts and prototypes, working hand in hand with all the other branches.
