Known History:
Bulwark served in the Army during WW2. He was infantry and escalated quickly through rank before returning home to the states.
Bulwark is the head Warder of the Spet. He has fought for the ideology and Spirit Guide of Hope for over fifty years now. He takes the role very seriously and leads the other Warders with a quick and youthful mind that is not at all a match to his physical age. Bulwark was the Fera who suggested limiting the traffic of Fera on the Sept outside of major events. Balboa Park has a lot of civilians on any given day, adding supernaturals to the mix made him feel it would become to much of a liability to the defense of the sept.
For a Get of Fenris, and an Ahroun, Bulwark has always been known to treat all fera with equal respect...if you earned it. He is not a racist, bigot, or nasty man, but does not tolerate people who are lazy and "half-wits" in his own way.
In the last year Bulwark has physically slowed down some. He does not move with the zeal and spunk he used to and it is feared his health is declining with age and the stress he placed on himself from many years of combat service.
After large gatherings, Bulwark can be found telling stories to the younger members of the sept. He paints pictures of many areas of the world he has visited, and most adults can tell he is fabricating and exaggerating some of them for the enjoyment of the children.
Over the years Bulwark has mastered two forms of silence. The first being silent intimidation, where no matter how big the other person he has been able to stare them down and get them to back off. The other is that wordless gaze a father figure can give that instills a sense of guilt in you after you did something dumb and reckless.
