-Gurahl gain a rage for entering combat.
-Gurahl gain a rage for the first would their natural health levels suffer. So all those extra health levels that come from spending rage do not count.
-Gurahl do NOT get rage from looking at the moon.
-If a Gurahl has a Kinfolk, Ward (flaw), or a protected land (like a Glade) and it comes under attack life threatening attack they gain a rage.
-Insults are beneath a Gurahl. They may be aggravating and rude, have the ability to push your buttons, but not in the same way as it does other Fera with Rage. Gurahl do NOT get a rage for intense or excessive insult of any kind.
-You may regain a rage in life threatening situations. Seek a staff member if one is not present (but how you are in life threatening situations without a staff member being present will confound us.).
-Most Fera regain all their rage when they sleep at night. Usually this reflects as a full refresh on Rage between game sessions. However, for Gurahl this may not always hold true. We will inform you if you are not at full Rage at the start of the game, if we say nothing, take it as you have full Rage until told other wise.
Rage can be used to raise your next attack. One Rage spent to raises the Damage of the next attack in which you bid an appropriate Strength Trait for by one. The damage type is whatever the appropriate damage for the attack would be. These bonus levels of damage stay until the attack connects or the end of the scene. The bonus to damage can never exceed the permanent rating of the ability that would be the appropriate retest, Minimum one.
Rage can be spent to raise Strength traits. One Rage can be spent to gain the trait ferocious for the scene. You can never gain more then double your base Strength in one scene. So if you have a Strength of four you can never spend more than four rage in a scene for this. These do count as base traits and will apply to initiative as they can be bid and lost.
Rage can be spent to gain Health Levels. One Rage will give you a Healthy health level for the scene. These stack no matter how many you spend. A few things to note, these health levels are not armor, so effects that require skin to skin contact will still have effect. Some attacks may by pass these health levels and still effect your base health levels, staff will be the final arbiter on what attacks cause this kind of damage. These health levels do not remove damage from in coming attacks or retroactively reverse damage taken, this not a healing effect.
